Returns Eligibility

We want you to be fully satisfied with your GymMadeEasy order. If for any reason you're not, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Customised, digital, or downloadable products (like meal/workout plans) are non-refundable once delivered.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will:
Approve the return and process your refund within 5–7 working days
Refund the amount to your original payment method
Email you confirmation once the refund is complete
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
for bundles including digital content, the price of the digital content will be decucted from the refund amount

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
